She was inducted into the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in January 2009;obtained the CRS (awarded to only 4% of Realtors in the country);and as a CSP Realtor is one of an elite membership of only a few hundred worldwide. Terrylynn’s personal sales volume puts her in the top production ranks since 1994. Her vast experience handling over 500 real estate transactions and owning,managing and exchanging real estate of her own gives her the practical knowledge to give you relevant advice and proactively handle your real estate transaction and related issues. FAMILY
Terrylynn’s partner in life,Bob,a retired police officer,has been her partner in real estate for the past 8 years. They are blessed with three daughters,sons-in-law and five grandchildren who live in the area,go to local schools and work and play in the community.
